CT Bend provides professional Managed IT Services, Smart Hands infrastructure support, and premium home technical support in the Central Oregon region. The specific scope, pricing, and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for your services will be defined in a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between you and CT Bend.
Our "First Responder" and Priority Support workflows (initiated via the website's "Get Help Now" button) are designed for urgent triage. By submitting an emergency request, you acknowledge that immediate assessment and dispatch fees may apply if you do not have an active, covering Managed Services agreement with us.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CT Bend or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CT Bend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our website or general support inquiries prior to the execution of a formal MSA.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our public website or support portal immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
