Welcome vendors, visitors, and organizers! CT Bend is proud to provide free high-speed Wi-Fi and upgraded network infrastructure to support the annual Rhubarb Festival.

Open your mobile device's camera app and point it at this QR Code. It will prompt you to connect to the Wi-Fi network instantly without entering credentials.

2. iPhone / iPad Profile

Download our secure, automated configuration profile to install the festival Wi-Fi configuration directly onto your Apple device in seconds.

  • 1. Tap the button below to download the profile.
  • 2. Open your iPhone/iPad Settings app.
  • 3. Tap Profile Downloaded at the top.
  • 4. Tap Install in the top right.

Setup at Home

For Square iPads/iPhones, download our Apple Wi-Fi Profile now. For Square Terminals/Registers, power on and go to Settings.

Add Network

Go to Hardware > Wi-Fi > Add Network. Enter SSID: CTB-Rhubarb, Security: WPA2, and Password: CTRhubarb.

Auto-Connect

When you power on your device at the festival, it will automatically connect to our secure high-speed network without requiring any portal logins.

Access Settings

Turn on your Clover device at home. Swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the Quick Settings panel, then tap and hold the Wi-Fi icon.

Pre-Configure WiFi

Scroll down and tap Add Network (or tap the + button). Enter SSID: CTB-Rhubarb, Security: WPA/WPA2 PSK, and Password: CTRhubarb.

Join Automatically

Tap Save. Once you arrive at the festival and turn on your Clover terminal, it will immediately find and join our secure vendor network.

Pre-Configure Tablet

Open your tablet's network settings at home. On **iPads**, go to Wi-Fi > Other... On **Android**, go to Network & Internet > Internet > Add Network.

Enter Details

Enter SSID: CTB-Rhubarb, set security to **WPA2** or **WPA/WPA2-PSK**, and enter Password: CTRhubarb. Save the network.

PCI-DSS Security

Our network is fully optimized for credit card transactions. Your merchant data is firewalled on a separate subnet to prevent interference from guest traffic.

CT Bend is locally owned and operated right here in Central Oregon. We believe in strengthening the local community that supports us. Every year, we donate our time, engineering expertise, and network hardware to completely upgrade the La Pine Activity Center's infrastructure to accommodate the thousands of visitors and hundreds of vendors during the annual Rhubarb Festival.

This infrastructure boost guarantees reliable communication for event operations, vendors, and public safety personnel during La Pine's largest community gathering.

Outdoor High-Density Access Points

Installed high-capacity, weatherproof wireless transmitters covering vendor lanes and activity zones.

Isolated Vendor & Guest Networks

Constructed firewalled subnets to isolate vendor point-of-sale systems from guest browsing for maximum compliance and security.
